The fastest way to obtain a pension benefit decision is to file a Fully Developed Claim (FDC) using the following forms, as applicable:
Apply online or print, fill out, and mail or bring VA Form 21-527EZ (PDF) to your nearest VA benefits office.
Print, fill out, and mail or bring VA Form 21-534EZ to your nearest VA benefits office.
