That's the plan, but first, I need to remove all usages from the core. It would be odd for core to log deprecated messages :)

PR introduced a new
usePluginContexthook to allow consuming the plugin context in components withoutwithPluginContextHoC.Why?
It will allow us to easily remove HoC usage from components. See #53290.
How?
The new hook is just a wrapper around
