Description

Image blocks with set dimensions break when WordPress is upgraded from 6.0.3 to 6.4.2.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Install WordPress 6.0.3.
  2. Create a page and add an Image block with an image inside of it.
  3. Set the width and height of the image in the block's settings.
  4. Save your changes.
  5. Upgrade WordPress to version 6.4.2.
  6. Visit the same URL used to edit the page where you had originally added the image.
  7. Make any change, such as adding a paragraph beneath the Image block.
  8. Save your changes and reload the page.
  9. You'll see a block validation error on the image.
