Campaigns, committees and parties
eligibility
Eligible groups for DDC services include active, registered national party and federal candidate committees, and federal campaigns satisfying one of the following requirements: House candidates that have at least $50,000 in receipts and Senate candidates that have at least $100,000 in receipts for the current election cycle, House and Senate candidates who will appear on the general election ballot, or Presidential candidates who are polling above five percent in national polls.

FEC RULING
Under the FEC Opinion granted to DDC, companies can now provide cyber security services (free or low cost) to campaigns without running afoul of existing campaign finance laws.
Companies that participate will need to sign an MOU with DDC, agreeing to provide cybersecurity services and/or products regardless of campaign affiliation.
